Just send us a message here on Etsy with your order number and a brief description of the issue, photos are helpful if something arrived damaged. If we’ve made a mistake in personalisation or production, or if your item has been damaged in transit, we’ll happily arrange a replacement. In some cases, we may ask for the original item to be returned to us in its received condition. For non-personalised items, replacements are offered only if the product is faulty or damaged.
