How do I personalise my order?
Simply enter your chosen name, date, or message in the personalisation box on the product page before adding the item to your basket. Please double-check spelling and formatting, as we engrave exactly what you provide.
Can I see a preview before my item is made?
You should be able to see live previews as standard. Our designs are carefully laid out to suit each product, and every item is checked before dispatch to ensure the engraving is clear, balanced, and well-finished.
If something doesn’t look right, we’ll contact you before proceeding.
How long does it take to make my order?
All items are made to order. Production times take 1-2 days however, this may vary slightly in busier periods. Once ready, your order is dispatched using your chosen delivery method.
What materials do you use?
We use carefully selected materials such as wood and slate, chosen for their durability and natural character. Due to the nature of these materials, each piece may have slight variations in grain or texture, this is part of what makes every item unique.
Will the engraving look exactly the same as the photos?
Each item is engraved individually, so minor variations can occur. This doesn’t affect quality and ensures your product is truly one of a kind. We always aim for a clear, high-quality finish that matches the style shown.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because personalised items are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started. If you need to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
