Dispatch & Production Time

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

  • Same-Day Dispatch: In most cases, orders placed before 15:00 (3:00 PM) Mon–Sat are dispatched the same day.
  • Made-to-Order: As some items are crafted specially for you, please allow up to 2 business days for production time before your order ships.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or Bank Holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Standard Shipping: Primarily handled by Royal Mail.
  • Express & International: We use premium couriers including UPS, DHL, FedEx, and DPD (depending on the destination and peak periods) to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

⚠️ Import Duties & Taxes (EU Customers):
Please note that since we are shipping from the UK, your order may be subject to VAT, import duties, and handling fees charged by your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. We do not collect these fees at checkout.

🌎 International (USA, APAC & Rest of World)

Shipping to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia-Pacific regions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number.

  • Royal Mail: Updates may be limited for standard services until a delivery attempt is made.
  • UPS/DHL/FedEx/DPD: Fully tracked from pickup to delivery.

Missing or Lost Packages

If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link first. If there are no updates or the time has passed, please contact us at help@blackoakfarm.co.uk with your order number, and we will investigate immediately.
